I think I am more nuanced when writing in German. I am working currently on an essay. I am not sure whether I will post it here. But I would use an AI chatbot to translate the text while maintaining my own voice. I think on German I sound differently. My English is really repetitive. I am not sure how generic the English will sound with such a translation.
I am not sure if I publish the essay somewhere else. I think with my posts on SaSu I cannot make any money. But I am not sure whether anyone would pay for my texts anyway. I think the strength of my posts is to be personal and relatable. But they make more sense if you read a lot of them. On German I write more formally and slightly more in an academic way. I am not sure whether I make my texts too mainstream if I adapt them for a larger audience. The target group on other websites is very different to the SaSu crowd. I won't give a sneak peak. Maybe I will never publish the work. I sent the text to some friends. Thus far no feedback.
