  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I am preparing to CBT soon, just waiting for SN to arrive from the jungle. I live alone, and plan on following Stan's guide. I thought about using the Gmail function of delayed delivery to send out notice to my landlord and the authorities to notify them where/how to find my body. I was going to leave passwords for my laptop and phone as I have nothing to hide, but I don't want the police going through them. This was intended for friends as I am estranged from my family. Looking up probate statutes where I am in the US, it looks like my belongings would be given to my next of Kin as I don't have a will so I was thinking of FedExing a a package to a friend of certain meaningful items.

My questions are as follows:

-If it is not suspicious will the police still seize everything in the room where I am found?
-In the US do the police always seize laptops and phones, even if a letter is found in plain sight that explains yes, I CBT, no there was nobody else involved?
-I thought about leaving letters in sealed envelops in plain sight in a different part of my home to be sent to people, as they would be hand written and not typed, but I read that the police seize these as well?

It probably depends on the jurisdiction and who shows up. A roll of the dice.

A roll of the dice is less than ideal, as I would like the recipients to receive them, and not have them locked away in some evidence locker for a period of time.
