I'm rewatching Squid Game and I want to hear what other suicidal folks think.

Would this seem like a great opportunity? Either you lose and you die or you win and get a large sum of money (and a large amount of trauma). It doesn't sound too bad, but personally I would be terrified and freeze up trying to play the games. And you can't count on the guards to headshot you if you get executed, they're always aiming for the torso. Also, if you win the money, it'll be hard not to feel guilty about all the people who died for you to win it.

What do you think?

Absolutely. I've got no morals and only a few shreds of dignity remaining.

No. Squid Games feels like a brutal representation of reality where poorer people are pitched against each other- to the death, for the entertainment and prosperity (via betting) of rich people. I'm tired of complying to their 'games' in real life! I wouldn't want to comply in a 'game' too. Plus, it's got to be traumatic watching other people die or, being in a position where you are forced to kill them or, die yourself. That said, I'd love to visit the film set.

A question to you: If you found yourself in that position, would you join an uprising to try to kill those in charge? I might. Anyone who comes up with such a sick idea to pitch me against another person for entertainment would really piss me off.

Is it any different to the game of life we play every day, where people are pitched against one another for limited resources and the right to existence ? I'd stand no chance at all, I'd survive long enough to see people die and feel quilt and trauma only then be taken out in a most excruitiating painful way, but still I'd join an uprising against those in charge if I was given half the opportunity.

It would just feel like more of the same, fighting to barely exist and just stay alive with the supposed promise of "it gets better" if you win. No thanks.

Too much work to die that way, way too much work to "live" and the prize at the end of money wouldn't be something I want at this point anyway.

Hell yes. I would purposefully fail in the first round. Problem solved.

I wouldn't, i can't care if i die or have trauma at all but the injuries and deaths are brutal.
