You better have enough assets as collateral otherwise banks won't lend you 1 million dollars. I wouldn't do it because the bank will harass your family for the money if you CTB'ed. They'll take your family dog if they have to.

Not if your family didn’t co-sign for it.

but yeah it’s super hard to get a million dollar loan

If youre over 18, and have no spouse or children, the debt disappears. So, yeah I would if I could. But something like $20k is actually possible.

But what if you reverse your decision to CTB? Money would make my life a lot happier indeed.

A million dollar loan is not that possible though, at least at where I live.

Again an extremely daft post.
Imagine I'm about to ctb first I'd need to be in the-1% of people that could be seen as credit worthy enough to be loaned one million.
And if I was in this- 1% why would I need one million if I'm just about to ctb?

Depending on your job and credit score, you could buy a really expensive car, and get a couple of credit cards in the $20-$40k range and max those out.

Don't know about the American laws but in most countries you cannot inherited debt. I'm an attorney.

Nope, because even a million dollars couldn’t solve my dismay.

This my dude. Don’t make thing messier for other people you care about. Honestly if moneys the reasons ur kicking the curb then don’t. There are plenty of ways and time to make money. Money will not bring u happiness. It can only help u mask your sadness it at best.

It can be tempting to try to go off with a bang, but I would image that will just make you feel worse

If I were able to borrow one million dollars, I would try to hide it somewhere and then file for bankruptcy:) Leaving CTB for the case when they prosecute me for that. Having million dollars would greatly reduce the need to CTB for me, since the thing which poisons my life the most currently is having to earn money by doing some disgusting job.

Same in America, though in some states spouses can be responsible for the cost of basic care, or something, was news to me.

In my town a lady kept the house her husband fraudulently obtained before killing himself. If the bank emails you from a yahoo email, that is a sign of fraud.

No. It would be pointless. I do not want any money, I just want to die instead. I want nothing to do with this life.

Yes, if someone would lend me 1 million dollars I would borrow and waste all the money before I die, but no one would lend me 1 million dollars.
