A few things to keep in mind:
1.) For reference, smuggling, trafficking, carrying, and/manufacturing over 50 grams of heroine or meth into China will get you sentenced to death by shooting.

3.) Chances are drug cartels will set up their mules as decoys that will get caught to keep Chinese authorities distracted while bigger amounts of drugs get smuggled through other ways.
