Help Would this be a good enough anchor point for full susp

Struggling to find anchor points in my home. It's either this or a singular pull up bar drilled into my wall but my windows take up majority of my real brick walls and it will be hard to convince my dad to put it on the wall if it basically doesn't fit and won't be comfortable for 'pull ups'

I'm just worried it could tip over when my body is moving uncontrollably. I'm 5ft5 and weigh about 7st10

I know it's such an awful thing to do but I am desperate and cannot fix it together myself. And if I try to do it myself I worry it would not be done properly bc I have never any anything like it before.

The only way to get an anchor point in my home is to put one in. And I can't trust that how I do it will be done properly

Seems like the only thing that will work for me rn. I want full susp and have nothing in my home that will hold my weight. Outside methods like hanging from a tree I'm struggling with
