Opioid overdoses are reliable, BUT I wouldn't recommend tramadol as it's quite dangerous.

OP, how many mg are in the pills? The danger with tramadol is that it lowers the seizure threshold, so you could hurt yourself and be found. It's also an SNRI, so it could cause unpleasant serotonin syndrome.

Don't you have access to other opiates/opioids?

I've done it. About 60 tramadol, no alcohol though. Didn't work. Seizures, hallucinations, time distortion, then blackout. Woke up in hospital with serotonin toxicity, shaking for days, memory scrambled.

Adding alcohol makes it more dangerous, yeah. You'll get respiratory depression probably, more risk of blacking out or vomiting but still not reliable for death. More likely you just wreck your liver, seize out, or end up in ICU with brain damage.

Not worth your time. I promise.
