I'm going through a pretty horrible shift in mood lately, and I'm getting increasingly desperate for a way out. I don't want to make the decision impulsively, but depending on my options, I'd probably try to CTB in mid May.
Okay, so I know ODing is relatively useless, but I'm pretty sure that's the only thing I have access to, other than train, which I don't want to resort to due to people involved. I have a ton of different psychiatric medications, but I think Lithium and/or Xanax is what I'd go with. I also have weed/edibles and alcohol. I assume that throwing up is a risk, but I also have an anti nausea medication.
I imagine this would not be a peaceful way to go, but I'm just wondering if all three/four combined would do anything? I read that Xanax & alcohol can be potentially fatal, and weed & Lithium could potentially be fatal, too. I'm definitely not getting any of my hopes up that this could work, but I'd like to hear any thoughts/personal experiences anyone may have about it?
