I thought it might be worse actually. As soon as I see who's posted either my worst fears are confirmed or I breathe a sigh of relief. It was said quite innocently and I kind of like that. Obviously the answers no and if anyone said otherwise I'd be much more troubled by that person

Definitely. People seem to forget that if it was viable for survival, almost all animals would be cannibals. If we aren't and weren't even before developing morals, that means there's some issue with it

I thought about ignoring this thread. But I would recommend to think about this twice. I think a lot of cannibals have the idea to eat someone alive. Or torture you beforehand. It is really dangerous to meet someone Unknown. You do not know Their real fetish.

I want to die. Lots of animals, and possibly plants, don't. So it would make a lot of sense for someone to just eat me, and save the lives of the chickens, sheeps, turkeys etc that would be killed and eaten instead of me.

Why kill a chicken that wants to stay alive, when you can kill a human who's willing to be killed for food and perfectly able to say so?

And it would save money on buying meat at the butchers.

And when I do die, I'm just going to get eaten by worms and bacteria anyway, so it would make sense for another human to eat me instead.

It would even be romantic wouldn't it? Whoever ate me would have me inside them, and I'd quite literally have become part of them.

If I'm not going to get the opportunity to help people while I'm still alive, I might as well help people when I die at least.

Oh and you'd get more meat off a human than a lot of other animals, so you'd be destroying the life of 1 human instead of 20 chickens or 2 sheeps or whatever; why kill 2 animals when you can just kill 1?

I definitely would try it too - rather than eat another animal - but I think the quality is probably poor and modern humans are full of microplastic and such.

Apparently humans are similar to pork and pork is pretty nutritious, so. The issue is more that there's not a lot of meat on the average human. Skinny people are too skinny and fat people are mostly, well, fat. I think a training/lifting regimen is necessary for your human cattle to become juicy and meaty. A swole beefcake for the main course and a slice of cheesecake for dessert, that would be perfect.

I hope you are okay and safe, @Marktheghost. This could be quite a dangerous proposition to post, and it does make me concerned for you, especially the romanticism of this scenario. Volunteering yourself to be cannibalised (and presumably killed?) by a stranger online could have disastrous, excruciating and terrifying consequences. I would hate to see you - or anyone - be seriously hurt or endure enormous trauma and torture in their final moments.

There has been a mixture of responses here, which I understand given the nature of the topic. Some I disagree with, as I do not feel that ridicule is helpful or supportive, and certainly not what you expect here. The overriding emotion for me is concern. I am genuinely worried on your behalf.

If you are seriously contemplating this, I hope you carefully reconsider, please. If you choose to die, you deserve a peaceful passing that is completely on your terms. Not to risk having that agency taken away from you in awful, agonising circumstances.
