while being sad that I couldn't find methods on google, I watched some videos and found an old one where they talked about almost dying after doing experiments with dry ice and some idiot threw a Chlorine tab In.

methylated spirit
chlorine
apparently that's enough to make 2-chloroethanol, wich is super poisonous. Inhaling a little gas should be enoug.
