Help Would 1,000mg of ibuprofen help with with reducing pain of SN?

All I have for medication is ibuprofen and was wondering if I took 1,000mg or more of it will the pain reduce at least a little bit vs taking it with none?

Yes, it would probably help with the headache you will get when your blood pressure starts to drop after taking SN.
I intend to take painkillers too when I'll do it.
