I have received a package and I'm massively confused I ordered a bottle of n and in the post I received a bottle with pills very confused

No it's not normal. Please post the letters and numbers printed on the pills let's see what those are.

A doesn't send pills.

Those pills are anti vomiting meds.
You take then before the N.

Yes the bottle is disguised on purpose, but it is the original bottle if you check.

A also does send pills, sometimes A just sends them and other times you will need to ask, but they're anti emetics. Everything you described sounds in order to me, so A did the job correctly with your package.

Of course how you get things depends on the country of origin, which A explains when you contact.

@Karl30 whilst you're right, please try a better approach at correcting people, hostility won't get you anywhere other than getting it back, which we don't want.
