• Hey Guest,

We will never comply with any of OFCOM's demands or any other nations censorious demands for that matter. We will only follow the laws of the land of which our server is located, which is the US.

Any demands for censorship or requests to comply with the law outside of the US will be promptly ignored.

No foreign laws or pressure will make us comply with anti-censorship laws and we will protect the speech of our members, regardless of where they might live in the world. If that means being blocked in the UK, so be it. We would advise that any UK member gets a VPN to browse the site, or use TOR.

However, today, we stand up these these governments that want to bully or censor this website.

Fuck OFCOM, and fuck any media organization or group that think it's cool or fun to stalk or bully people that suffering in this world.

Edit: We also wanted to address the veiled threats made against a staff member in the UK by the BBC in the news today. We are undeterred by any threats, intimination, by the BBC or by any other groups dedicated to doxxing and harassing our staff and members. Journalists from the BBC, CTV, Kansas Star, Daily Mail and many other outlets have continuiously ignored the fact that many of the people that they're interviewing (such as @leelfc84 on Twitter/X) and propping up are the same people posting addresses of staff members and our founders on social media. We show them proof of this and they ignore it and don't address it.They're all just as evil as each other, and should be treated accordingly. They do not care about the safety of our staff members, founders, or administrators, or even members, so why would they care about you?

Now that we have your attention, journalists, will you ever address this? You've given these evil people interviews, and free press.

I ordered SN exactly 3 weeks ago from Ukraine, and it has arrived to my country(Destination post) about a week ago.
I've searched online a lot, looking for articles, forums that talk about SN or suicide related for that matter in my local language and found nothing at all. Also it isn't banned in my country.
But I'm worried that Customs will confiscate it and I will receive a welfare check from the police.
I have a history of being hospitalized in mental hospital a few times (Read my introduction thread on why that happened).

Anyone who ordered SN without problems can shed some light on that issue?

No Issues to UK, declared as something totally different. Absolutely no way to tell what's inside from the packaging as it's just like any other letter/parcel, what I would image ordering drugs from DNMs would be like

It's weird, because it's known in the UK to be used for suicide, and they did some articles from the BBC about it.
If you had no issues receiving it, then I would not have any issues either most likely.
Do they actually differentiate between the chemicals at the customs? like I ordered a bunch of different chemicals before without any problems.

The chances of getting a welfare check are pretty low.

I'm in America, and only know American law.But in the states it's not illegal to have or own SN. The absolute worst thing that will happen is:
1) they just take it
2) welfare check. Even if this happens, you can play it off. Tell them
It's for meat preservation. Make up a rly good story why you need SN, educate yourself, and be prepared to recite that speech in the worst case scenario. You don't have to let anyone inside of your house.

I don't want to give out the phrase on my customs declaration in case there are people from there reading, but it was related to art so no cause of concern. If they had opened it then it would say on the label. I would say that they do differentiate on the chemicals, based off my childhood of non-stop watching customs tv programs, but that's only if they open it in the first place.

You said you received it. Obviously, it hasn't been stopped by customs as it is a legal chemical where you live. Why worry about a welfare check?

Edit: Was the package opened by customs when you received it? If no, then 99.9% you don't get a welfare check. Just a logic assumption.

it arrived at the destination post according to tracking information, but it was 6 days ago and no change in status so I was worried that Customs got hold on it.

OHH, I misunderstood that, sorry. Idk, I think if there is sth you will get a notice but as it is legal (not banned) they should not stop it. Anyway, good luck.

Do they actually differentiate between different types of salts in customs as well?
