  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I have had no less than 4 conversations with people on a couple of platforms that received false information previously posted on a now-deleted thread. Each of these people had not received confirmation communication from the vendor but intended to send payment anyway, hoping to secure items. This is not wise.
A) There is no way to know what the availability is.
B) There's no way to know if aliens didn't abduct the vendor and your payment goes into the digital universe, which you will never recover.
C) Think about it, if you were the vendor, providing a service that might not be seen as favorable to some, and you received random payment without talking to them, wouldn't you wonder if that was a legit client or someone gathering information?

Please people... Our lives didn't get this shitty overnight. I recognize every single day is LONG for us. But, don't be greedy and send your money without knowing he is willing to work with you. Don't do something in desperation. Please don't blow it for others who will be in your position after you have moved on in one way or another.

super wise words. there's a lot of better things one could rather do on impulse or out of desperation than paying 1300USD

so it's 1300usd now, not 1k? damn

i don't know who those people are that would send money blindly to an address without any sort of confirmation. especially since with crypto you get a unique address for each transfer so.. yeah. is D back in business as of now?
