I was pretty great in the morning ! I had a great ice training , although I had the same bad fall that hurt my shoulder a couple of days ago again….luckily my hand and elbow only took most of the impact this time so im incredibly grateful for no bad injuries once again! :D

I genuinely never mean to intend to hurt myself every time, it just happens,! And it's so unexpected that it actually hurts Lmaoo
This particular fall was kinda embarrassing …but the worst part is that i fell while basically…. standing and …trying to get out of the way, there was a coach going in my friend's way and i was like besides her but far from her and i was moving back a little, so i moved my hands up to tell her to move out of the way, and i genuinely dunno what happened but i suddenly FLEW backwards then i twisted while falling and bam hard landing…eugh it was genuinely painful

I think it was the blade or something because i felt my skates click cuz i unintentionally did a mini step and it pulled my weight back, hence flying backwards unexpected….ughhh.so embarrassing
