Without everyone here I would be dead

Hi entire global family. Sitting here around 1:30am on 04.08.21 and had to say that everyone here is the BEST friend(s) I have EVER had. Today was a really bad chronic pain day and my depression was off the scale. I have no one to talk to, have support or anything of that nature, EXCEPT my family here. We all are truly the salt of the earth and I wish other nay sayers would see how we support one another. I am crying right now thinking of how my family here cares and supports me as I help care and support each and everyone global family member. We are the finest group ever!! Walter ( yep Walter is my real first name, 65 years young, gray hair and NEVER EVER phoney)

THANK YOU so much for the very kind response. I would like to move to a warm climate, where I live now is below 32 degrees around 5 to 6 months a year. A warm climate and a beach town/city would be great. Now my car crash injuries are progressive in nature and my medical team that I have now has stated that there is a 50/50 chance of being in a wheelchair down the road and if so then ctb comes into play and I will/would have to think about what I want to do. Again THANK YOU for the nice response and you have such a good heart and soul about yourself. Walter

I feel the same way! I'm not activly suicidal (at some point.. I might have ... kinda teetered on the edge? I dunno).. Anyway, this place is so supportive, filled with so many people that have gone through so much, and they still trudge onward and try to support each other...

It's ironic that a suicide forum gives me such comfort - but it really does. For me, suicide is the escape button. It's that it's there.. that it's an option, that brings me great peace - sometimes I think it brings me the greatest peace. If it ever becomes to much. If I can't handle it. I can always say I'm done. Having that option ironically makes me feel like I want to fight harder for a life that I think I deserve - one that I enjoy.

Thank you for such a nice and thoughtful response. You are a great part of the global family here and you help me to make it from one day to the next. I truly cherish your idea that I deserve more becasue I feel we all do as a family. You @Sprite_Geist made my evening tonight so much better. It is 11:45 pm on 04.09.2021 and I just logged into SS and saw your very nice, helpful and kind thoughts towards me. My Friday stunk as i found out that my older brother, who lives 4 plus hours away from me, drove right by my apartment building where I live on his way to take his wife to see a uncle of hers last weekend and never said anything to me. I have not seen my brother or sister for over 30 years and I have never seen my nephew ever, my brothers choice 100% as far as not wanting to see me. He told me along time ago that if I ever stepped onto his property that he would have me arrested. Yes my family here is 100% of my human contact in this world and I LOVE and CHERISH each and every family member here. Again, THANK YOU so, so much and have a great weekend! Walter
