For those who still push through their days after failing CTB it's a huge step up to still carry on after failing. To still wake up in the same bed and also get out of that bed too, recovering is a slow process and it has it's up and downs nothing will go smoothly at all, some days it might feel like your recovering and other days it doesn't feel like it all and your back on day one, keep pushing through it's the process of carrying on with life. Start on the small things like eat small portions per day such as small pieces of fruit, two cups of water per day, get out of bed. Start small and slowly extend it from week on, it's all a slow process so be nice to yourself because you deserve it.

In the Army if pushed to exhaustion, you can get a boost from shouting encouragement to your buddies. Thanks for giving a shout out.
