Imagine how easy it would be, ingesting fucking peanuts for example. and then dying I don't care if it would be painful it's only temporary.
Also if you'd fail you could play dumb and say you didn't know that something contained peanuts and forgot to read the ingredients.

Yeah I guess sedatives and medicines could be used but if you'd fail, it would be much harder to explain.
