No way to tell for sure, but odds are it won't be fatal. Most likely it's just a nasty flu or cold which most healthy people don't need any medication to recover from.

Human body is sturdy and resistant piece of shit common flu wont do it for you, you would have to have some autoimmune disease so your body cant fight it but even then its probably a no -_-

Right? You'd think considering how often we hear about people dying in the news, dying would be a bit easier.

Tbh, I'm kinda thinking about starving myself too, just to make it worse.

I've been abusing my antidepressants, mixing them with xanax and doing some lines. Hope that at least fucks up my health

The human body generally doesn't die from this, I've been sick a lot, and the only time something came close to killing me was pneumonia and a kidney infection, but it became unbearable long before it was deadly to be honest with you.
It was so painful that I slipped in and out of consciousness, I ended up with jaundice on top of it all, and even now, many years later I still have liquid stuck in my middle ear that is always crackling and making annoying sounds and causing pressure.

I'm not telling you this to scare you, but I really don't want you to be so miserable unless you're willing to go through that much pain, in that case, you're a badass and I respect your pain tolerance.
Another thing to consider is that you might get so violently sick that people might call you an ambulance or put you in their car while you can't fight back to save your life.

Flus are generally only dangerous to the elderly, the very young (infants and toddlers), and people with immune system disorders (used to kill a lot of people with AIDS, before effective medication for HIV/AIDS was available) or who are otherwise immunocompromised (like people with organ transplants).

Even then, it's pretty uncommon in most countries, because the most common way the flu kills is by causing pneumonia (usually a secondary infection - your immune system is too busy fighting off the flu to keep bacteria in your lungs in check), and modern medicine has pretty effective treatments for pneumonia. It can also directly kill by causing massive respiratory inflammation, multiple organ failure or heart or brain failure (also caused by inflammation), but that's pretty rare, even among the high risk groups mentioned earlier.

Your better course of action is to get "treated" for the flu (decongestants, pain killers, plenty of fluids ... and time), because it's very unlikely to kill you, but it is very unpleasant.

Yeah it's very rare to get an illness that directly kills you. Also, your sick condition will not make you more vulnerable to death: it you for example take SN right now I believe your chance to throw up will actually be higher than normal. i advise getting better first and thinking about suicide later.
