• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I recently got a job at the bar, but I always get so tired during and after work. I quit two other jobs becouse they were too hard on me, this one seems a bit less stressful, but still a bit straining. Will I get into the job ethic? Or will I always feel tired no matter what job I take on?

I am not a doctor, so everything below is just my experience, not medical advice.

Feeling tired can have a lot of causes, with just as many possible solutions. If you're working nights, Vitamin D deficiency may be a factor. Sleep hygiene can really make a difference, too. If your employer offers a health plan, or you have coverage from other sources, a chemical imbalance can be checked for, as well. Anemia is commonly overlooked or mistaken for fatigue.

There is a lot of material available in the link above, with more links (be advised that there are spoilers inside the spoiler, too)

I hope you find something that helps you pinpoint a cause and solutions.
