Once my body is discovered by the authorities, will they disclose to the public or to my loved ones how I died and what method I used?

I don't want the people I love to know how I died. I don't want them to feel more pain or distress.

sorry to say but I think they will. whenever someone dies by unnatural causes they do an inquest, in which it will likely be revealed how you died.

maybe combat it and write in your note something about it. im not sure if theres anything you can do tho.

Yes, they will tell the next of kin. If there is public interest, it may be revealed to them as well. The cause of death will be on your death certificate.
