Seems like pretty much every method in the PPH is being heavily restricted/phased out.
Even jumping spots are started to be patrolled/having nets installed.
The police have to assess and put anyone at risk in the psych ward for fear of a public backlash if someone does ctb.
The only method that seems unrestricted is hanging and that has been documented to have multiple extremely painful failures (many executions where the guilty was choking for 20 minutes in front of a crowd).
