• Hey Guest,

As you know, censorship around the world has been ramping up at an alarming pace. The UK and OFCOM has singled out this community and have been focusing its censorship efforts here. It takes a good amount of resources to maintain the infrastructure for our community and to resist this censorship. We would appreciate any and all donations.

OK so I've made this post because my bus is in 3 days and I need to know what to expect when it comes to pain and stuff. So I've gathered a bunch of information (from things that I've experienced, travel sickness etc to things that I've done research on. IF THAT EVEN MAKES SENSE)
that is supposed to
"Simulate SN poisoning but without Taking SN"

- trouble breathing:
Does this feel like an asthma attack, Or someone sitting on your chest? Or if you was to
hold your breath and pinch your nose until you physically can't anymore and your body wants you to breathe again...?

- Abdominal pain:
Does it feel like food poisoning with your stomach hurting,
Or if someone was to punch you in the stomach really hard?

- Rapid heart rate:
Is it like Jumping up and down and running around or doing something that is high intensity?

- Nausea:
maybe feels like getting travel sick?

- Fatigue:
Feeling Extremely tired.
Like "I haven't slept and I'm dosing off tired?"

-Headache:
Don't know how to explain this one.

- Loss of consciousness:
Could someone tell me how this feels?

- Confusion:
Again, like the one above could someone tell me how this feels?

- Dizziness:
Probably feels like spinning around on the spot really fast?

- Blue fingertips and lips:
Is this like tying a hairband or string around your finger until it turns blue and cold?

And take all of what I said above but times it by 5
Is that how it's going to feel like?

Also sorry if this doesn't make sense :(

These are extremely good questions to ask and if someone answers informatively it would be very welcome to those who are choosing this method as documentation. I would provide answers if I could.

There are some threads that were posted this week regarding folks accompanying those utilizing CTB via SN. It has a log of the experience on them if you haven't seen them, it may provide some information while waiting for assistance here.

Edit: found one documentation post:

It's been a while since I read about SN, some details might not be accurate.

I think most people don't have breathing troubles as in like a blocked nose or something, but you will have a high heart rate since your body knows you are running out of oxygen. You might be trying to breathe heavily I suppose to counter the loss of oxygen, say anxious breathing than being like choked.

Headache happens due to the loss of the oxygen from what I read back then, same cause for blue skin phenomenon. I'm not sure if you feel cold.

People lose consciousness in around 10–20 minutes....it's a blank state, unresponsive to external stimuli that is. It will happen slowly from what I understand... heart rate increase > fatigue > lose of consciousness

I attempted with SN and called for help, I can share my experience:

1. I didn't have any trouble breathing, or at least I don't recall it being an issue

2. Same thing as the breathing part - I don't recall feeling any abdominal pain.

3. That was the worst part - I felt like my heart was about to explode, I didn't know my heart could beat so damn fast. This caused me to panic.

4. I felt nauseous, felt like vomiting but didn't (it can be different for everyone though, I can't vomit for some reason)

5. I was running on pure adrenaline at first but then started feeling sleepy.

6. My head hurt a bit, nothing unbearable.

7. I passed out at least 3 times before leaving my apartment to get to the ambulance, every time I tried to get up. Probably passed out a few more times in the ambulance but I'm not sure.

8. I was very dizzy, I could barely walk, like I was wasted.

9. I couldn't feel my hands, my whole body was numb. Similar to putting rubber bands on your hands but it wasn't painful.

One other thing that happened to me - I haven't seen it being mentioned anywhere, so I don't know what happened there - a few minutes after drinking it, I started burping a lot and it smelled like chlorine. That was unpleasant as well.

Please note that I called for help and didn't experience the whole "process", even though I was pretty close to dying. + I could be mixing things up, the amount of stress I went through that day might have made me forget some things + self-preservation instinct numbs pain.
Everyone reacts differently, the hypertension is probably the worst part. It feels a lot like a panic attack and survival instinct may kick in - that's what made me call for help. My plan for my next attempt is to put my phone very far away from my bed (that's where I want to do it), where I won't be able to reach it. And a lot of benzos. I thought I could do it without any meds but I definitely need them to succeed.

How you didn't have trouble breathing if your whole body was numb, heart was about to explode, headache, and you passed out a couple of times?

As I said - my memories of that day are blurry. I remember the things that were the most unpleasant. Maybe I did have trouble breathing but maybe it wasn't troublesome enough to stick in my memory.

I can only assume from what I've read from people who have taken SN is that they have said how their throat burns.

I think
The SN inflammes the throat (hence the burning) which causes breathing to become a struggle.
(From the mouth) hence the "Asthma attack" symptom I mentioned.

I made a post about SN a few years ago.
I took it and survived.

I was fat then I think that's why I didn't ctb.

Your heart feels like it wants out of your chest.

My legs and whole body locked up.

I fell unconscious after about 15 minutes.
I woke up vomiting with horrible headache and blue lips and nails.
