It's rare even with people who are addicted to benzos it's the withdrawal symptoms that kill not the benzos directly so it causes severe seizures or delirium can cause you to harm yourself. I've taken multiple benzo overdoses and survived so I guess I'm living proof it doesn't work there's a lot better methods out there I won't be attempting it again maybe I'll just take some benzos to help me complete the act so I'm calm and relaxed
