  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I was planning on taking opiates the day I take SN, wondering if maybe it's a bad idea ?

I'm not a pharmacist or doctor, so take this as you will. It seems to me that the main argument against taking opiates with SN is similar to the one Stan's Guide gives against drinking alcohol. Like alcohol, opiates can increase nausea, and might make it harder to keep the SN down. Opiates also tend to slow the GI system down, which might make meto less effective, but I don't think there's usually a huge GI effect from opiates unless you've been taking them for some time. Probably skip or throttle back on any benzos if you'll be taking opiates, or else you'll fall asleep for 3 days without ever drinking your SN. I can't really think of a reason why opiates would impede the lethal action of the SN otherwise, though.

If you are actually habituated to opiate drugs, I think you'd be better off just taking them rather than trying to follow a complex SN regimen in the middle of withdrawal symptoms. A significant opiate habit probably would affect the way the drug cocktail works, but most people are not going to go to rehab and get clean just so they can get out and ctb.
