Hi SaSu community, this is my first post on this forum.
I have a free standing pull up bar with 221cm height (I'm 181cm and 64kg) and 10m of 12mm nylon static rope that is certified EN1891 Type A and has 4200kg breaking strength (probably an overkill). I've tested the rope, it holds my weight and will not leave any space between my neck and the knot. I'm interested if my convulsions while I'm hanging will make trouble considering the design of the pull up bar.
Looking forward for your thoughts!
