I did it in my room.. i tied the rope to the window railings and used a slip knot, knot was at the back of my neck.. also used some padding for comfort.. i was in a kneeling position with my body leaning forward.. was able to black out quickly.. the part when your vision starts going black is a bit scary and that's when your survival instinct will start kicking in
