Hey all,
my time is finally near, i don't plan on back out ever, it will not be a test, my method will be partial till go full unconscious and pass out if failed then do full suspension in same day which will be 100% fatal this time, i will not write any note, i have supportive family and peoples around, they love me but no one filled the loneliness i felt for so long, so i came alone and will die alone passively, I don't have access good sleep pills just melatonin, paracetamol + ibrufen and will be sleep deprived for 24 hours before ctb, i will prepare the rope, put it on my neck, and put headphones on and listen to music then ctb
I feel relaxed and accepted mortality, i will be free

I been planning for about months, and finally from few days i felt relaxed, it was hard a bit
I even now able to feel joy and laugh

My date is in may, I'm apprehensive due to not having N and the issues around it now, feel really trapped

Yeah N is not accessible but have access to full suspension which made me finally relax

I'm having to VSED which is grueling and long because I've tried hanging but it hasn't worked in my case

Full suspension didn't work? Why?

Neighbour heard me thrashing and helped me. I was there for minutes in agony. I never fainted or anything. I was frightened. Try VSED with me. By next week you'll be dead like me. It might even be this week I'm dead by.

I have to try hang first, if failed like you, we can try it together

I've already started my VSED would you like to start yours tomorrow?
It should take ten days or less. No drinking or eating anything. Within a few days or a week you should slip into a coma or delirium making the process much easier.

Hi, I have to be careful of what I say. Someone reported something I said about VSED. I think I accidentally broke a rule without realising. Although if you want a chat in general about anything let me know. My inbox is open. I think it's because I suggested a method without realising I was not supposed to because other people do it here. Anyway I'm still here :-)

Hola, tengo que tener cuidado con lo que digo. Alguien reportó algo que dije sobre VSED. Creo que accidentalmente rompí una regla sin darme cuenta. Aunque si quieres una charla en general sobre cualquier cosa avísame. Mi bandeja de entrada está abierta. Creo que es porque sugerí un método sin darme cuenta de que no se suponía que debía hacerlo porque otras personas lo hacen aquí. De todos modos, todavía estoy aquí :-)

im sorry, i totally understand that you trying to die, it's not my intention to make you feel uncomfortable, I dared to write to you because I read in one of your publications you said that if someone wanted to consult you about your experience with the starvation method, we can contact you. days ago i tagged you in my post asking about your experience and some question i thought you could know cause if thought that if you're doing this method you did a research, and i sent you a pm also, and you didnt reply neither of two, i was hoping you could help sharing your experience, can i ask your about your expericne by pm? hope your understanding, tks in advance

If you drink then have a half a pint of spirits. Don't sip it just drink it all back. You'll feel relaxed in no time. Be happy.

i know how you feel--i hit a 9.5 out of 10 today--just being in a supermarket,seeing all the things she used to eat, just about lost it in there, wear dark sunglasses these days in the store, hides the tears in my eyes
