DPH mentioned, so I feel obligated to respond...
Please don't fuck with DPH, it's a shitty drug and no one who has actually taken medium to higher dosages ever recommends people use it. Full stop.
Who am I and why can I talk about this?
I'm someone who has had quite a few tangos with supposed "lethal" dosages of DPH mostly as impulse attempts... And well, I'm still here. What's up.
since there is a chance of it working and I've seen no side effects, but everyone says not to and I don't know why.
There are side effects. They suck. A lot. Prepare for absolute misery the entire time right after you take it!
Okay, so you go and decide to pop some pretty pink pills (or the higher dose gels).
First problem. Swallowing high volumes of pills is miserable! Good luck taking all of them (and keeping them inside you). High chance you'll vomit.
So you managed to take the pills. Well... Now you're in for the misery.
Nothing seemingly happens at first. Except for the fact that you probably feel like shit from trying to down all of those pills in the first place.
Your body grows heavier. When did you get so weak? It's like someone just strapped a ton of weights onto you. You can barely move, and if you do manage to, have fun standing or walking without falling.
Oh, right. Your legs might get a bit restless. Right in the middle of a thought-

Your mouth becomes the Sahara. So dry... So fucking dry... Nothing you can do can stop the dryness. Nothing. No matter how much you can drink, it will not get better!
But all that liquid has to go somewhere right? Hahahahaha. Good luck! You'll need to take a leak. A lot of them. But wait! You might notice something: WHY IS IT SO FUCKING DIFFICULT TO TAKE A LEAK?
Oh and yeah I hope you like hallucinating. There's a lot of it.
Your heart might also feel like it's getting ripped out of your chest, and you might have problems breathing.
No biggie though right? /s

Well... Reality vanishes. Experiences vary here, and none of them are pleasant! Welcome to your own personal hell!
Well... That is if you haven't already passed out and started having seizures, which are not uncommon!

Miserable, and worse than before you decided to OD on DPH.
Congratulations! You now will have to deal with long lasting health problems that may come in some of the following flavors:
Permanent cardiac damage
Permanent respiratory damage
HPPD
Even worse mental illness
Decreased cognitive function
And many more...!
Sound fun? No? Well too bad. That's what happens when you fuck with DPH.
