I done it exactly how it says in the megathread, I even saw a video of someone else that done it successfully and I done it the exact same way (bean bags, ratchet strap). I only felt pressure building up in my head but I wasn't blacking out

sounds like you are blocking wind pipe and not the arteries.
did you try the bags in different places?
