why is it so hard i feel miserable right now

I'm trying right now. I'm so frustrated, I can't pass out no matter how hard I apply. i'm trying the partial i feel so useless right now. My neck hurts so much from trying so hard, I don't understand why it has to be so difficult. I don't even serve to take my own life ...

I feel ya, I tried over and over with the ligature method this morning. Tonight I'm in the psych ward

Its harder to get sweetspot if your neck is strained and in pain. Shifting rope or watever on neck up and down while applying pressure helps find the spot easier. But even if u know the spot, if neck hurts it most likely wont work untill it heals
