why i failed? partial hanging

i used bath robe rope today and i wasn't completely sitting. i secured it tightly below my adams apple. well i dont have that on my neck. i just tried to guess where my adams apple should be. i waited more than a minute to pass out but it didnt work. people here wrote it should work less than 15 seconds. but all i felt was headache and it obviosly wasn't working. i questioned about my weight support wasnt enough? i am 170 cm and 60 kg and female. now i am thinking about jumping of from a high place but all tall buildings here have secured windows. how can i end it. i heard about sn drug but my country completly prohibited it. found some on alibaba but it was for only work purposes and they made sure of it by asking too much information and selling in high quantity. is there anyone please i need to be quick.

I haven't got partial hanging to work either, I feel there's more hope with full but don't know if it's an option for you and will likely be as painful as you found partial if not more. It's just harder to back out from. I don't really have suggestions seeing as I'm still here as well. You can just try to educate yourself as much as possible since you know your own situation best and what you're capable of. Best wishes whatever you decide to do.

there is no support high enough that i can hang myself fully. i really didnt wanted to back out but it didnt work. i was sure i wasnt dying in this way.

I am sorry that you are suffering so much, it really is so difficult to leave this world. I wish that we lived in a world where our right to die is respected and then we could just exit peacefully when the time is right for us. An over the counter drug ( OTC ). Is call Phenergan. In pill form or liquid called exlir. I guarantee you will succumb to the effects if mixed with wine.

I didn't say it was lethal. The combination if Phenergan and Alcohol will render you semi conscious so that you won't worry or panic as partial takes hold.

When I want to sleep I crush 3 Phenergan tablets at 25mg each and mix them into a shot glass if wine. My wine if choice is a cheap German bottle called " Liebfraumilch " and comes in at around 10% strength.
