Personally, I'm just afraid of failing and ending up as some sort of vegetable. That's really the only reason I haven't suicided already.

I really don't care in the least if my family or friends get sad over my death.

Personally, I feel like being in a vegetative state unaware of my surroundings would be just an okay second alternative. I'm afraid of failing and staying alive.

Same fear and not finding the perfect method. I wanted something impossible: Quick, painless and that doesn't look like suicide.
But right now I am so desperate that I'd jump at this exact moment if I could die (and I'm not into jumping but I am destroyed, I want to die NOW. I wish I had the guts)

A "vegetable" on this website doesn't really mean the same thing as a vegetative state. When I'm referring to a vegetable, I mean things like being a para/quadripeligic, brain damaged (but aware), unable to feed yourself or wipe your ass, being disfigured, or any combination of those things.

I agree that being in a vegetative state and being completely unaware of anything wouldn't be that bad. In fact, it really wouldn't be that different from being dead.

Mainly due to the changes in my living arrangement along with the shitty pandemic. I am still onboard with CTB'ing when I can, but I will need to wait for the right time to do so. If I had known the situation I am in today as well as the potential shitty future that is yet to come, I would have CTB'd in December 2019, but hindsight is 20/20.

Also decided I might as well go all-in and order Propanolol for SN, since it looks like I'll be around a bit longer unless an emergency pops up - so I'm waiting for that to deliver in a month or two.

I have a petrifying fear of death. I am not religious and the idea of non existance scares the crap out of me. That's why when I go it will have to be something quick becuse I can't let my mind wander.
