Why does the 2025 PPEH not mention taking anti emetics before day of CTB

It is not necessary to take antiemetics the day before. The PPH gives the minimum working protocol and therefore recommends them taken only in their effective time range. The half-life of most antiemetics is a few hours which means they will be excreted way before taking SN if they are started the day before. Vizzy mentions taking them early in his thread as a form of mental preparation but not as a necessity.
I think many people here start taking antiemetics early because many are afraid of vomiting with SN so they take extra even though there is no evidence it helps.
