Isn't the recommended dose around 20-25gm?

To simply have a backup of SN! What's the use if you prepare 1 glass with 25g and then back out? You will have to order SN again and maybe you don't find it bc access is restricted. That's why it is better to order a larger amount of SN.

For the attempt you still use only 25g in 50ml ofc.

It's because you need more cups in case you throw up and also if you are using some of it for testing.
