It's not like attractive women don't have countless options.

This attractive blonde liked me a few years ago. She wanted me to talk to her. I considered it but I walked away. I looked back and she had stormed off angrily. I was confused because she could meet someone else easily.

Isn't that human nature? I think everybody gets upset at some level, when their feelings aren't reciprocated

I added more to my post to illustrate it better.

You're overthinking imo. Most people that initiate are making themself vulnerable so it only seems logical that an attractive person wouldn't be accustomed to rejection. I guess that actually kind of answered the question lol

The more attractive a person is, the less they face rejection in almost every facet of life. Society is fucked up. Rejection takes practice

Agree with other posters. It's just normal.

What also strikes me about your account of things is that clearly something was initiated for you both to know you were about to talk. To just walk away is going to be (quite reasonably) perceived as rude. I mean 'she wanted you to talk to her' so you somehow got that signal and she saw you ponder it for a moment and then walk away. You could have just said something simple, made your excuses and then moved on. Looks shouls be irrelevant in the way you treat a person. Her annoyance was most like due to that and not so mich being 'rejected'. Also wondering why you walked away from a girl you say you found attractive. Either way, I don't looks are relevant to the situation. Also, not all aesthetically pleasing people are as aware of their looks as onlookers. Many are still insecure about it and only see their 'flaws'. That's why so many naturally beautiful people are ruining their looks with cosmetic surgery.

I suppose she put herself out there. She just stood there menacingly (I mean expectantly... Spongebob joke)

I learned a lot from your post. The reason I walked away was because I fucked up. My ocd rarely does this but it can cause a person to fixate on a woman's areas of interest instead of just taking a quick glance. Anyway, I did that without thinking about it and realized immediately that my shot was ruined so I walked away.

I would say she considers herself an Alpha female and either hasn't been rejected or can't stand it but either way she should act respectfully

I agree. I think that before we act we should put ourselves in the other person's shoes and ultimately not do what we wouldn't like to be done to us.

Ghosting it's a very common attitude nowadays but I think it's a horrible and cowardly way to deal with people. We can and must do much better than that.

We must remember that other people have feelings too and what may be totally insignificant to us may be totally the opposite to the other person.

In addition, we don't know what other people are dealing with at that moment in their lives so we must be careful how we deal with each other. Sometimes it can be the last straw for that person.

Regarding the permise that attractive people have plenty to choose from and don't suffer it's not entirely true. Yes, they usually have plenty of options, but it doesn't mean that they want those options. And of course they suffer and are also rejected.

The world is completely lost. I have already given up that part of my life.

She had put her hands on her hips like she was unpleased I wasn't approaching.

Ghosting? Lol. I didn't even know her. I owed her nothing. Walking away is a neutral act. It's not like I walked away mid-conversation.

Ohhh ok, I didn't realize it was in person. In that case there is nothing more to do :/

Attractive women, men as well, are used to having it easy in the relationship department so if something doesn't go their way they often get upset, and are then often rude or even plot getting back or somehow getting attention from their interest.

I am sorry, though. Their ego probably was hurt.

These occurrences don't happen very often. Maybe every few months or so but they're typically fast and I'm unprepared for it and it slips me by

That's ppl in general not just hot ppl.

Honestly it depends more on personality than looks. Some are just more antagonizing than others.

I think that most if not all people are upset and maybe even offended when they are rejected, and that is okay. This is not to say that anything is your fault in this situation however, because you do not have to reciprocate if do you not want to.

But would she have just been satisfied with sex then. 🤔
I'm sure she would've been fun to be with relationship-wise. I'm sure there would've been arguments though but it would be a nice change from my mundane life.

Edit: but it's possible she would've tried to get pregnant. That would be disastrous

You don't need a porn star or bombshell looking model. They aren't the only attractive looking women who exist.

I could never date a sex worker. The idea of her being intimate with other people, even for work, would make me feel incredibly insecure.
