The people who destroyed my mental health are fine, with families, girlfriends, kids. I suffered physical aggression from these people, they abused me sexually. When I thought I was making new friends, they betrayed me just because they wanted to be popular and "cool" i think. Revealing my secrets to everyone just for laughs and make fun of me, the weirdo, loner who just wanted to have friends. and as if it wasn't enough that I dont have social skills, I can't trust people anymore. I'm all alone and mentally fucked up, i've been isolated at home for like 6 years and those memories don't go away. And the people who did this to me are fine. That's pretty unfair. Why are people so cruel? I dont understand
sorry for my english..

i have also thought about this before. and i totally agree, people are very cruel to each other for absolutely no reason. and im especially thinking about bullies. haven't been bullied very much in my childhood, but still a little bit. and idk whats going on inside the head of a bully and i can't imagine how someone can enjoy going to the same people everyday and just bullying them. for often no reason at all. gotta be pretty damn insecure and sick to enjoy that. im sorry people are and were cruel to you and i wish you the best. ;-;;-;;-;

First off, sorry that these people who are terrible enough to hurt you have come into your life. Nothing but time and good therapy/processing can really help the trauma that's been so significant in your life. Here's what personally I've come to believe that has helped, not that it's gonna fix anything for you, just a perspective.

Realizing that people don't get what they deserve was important for me. Having good things happen to you doesn't make you a good person. And bad things happening to you all the time doesn't make you a bad person. The people who hurt you may get many good things in life, it will never make them less of a monster. It will never cancel out what they did and who they are. Life isn't fair, which can be depressing. But it also means that even though bad things have happened to you, that doesn't mean you deserve bad things. Because nobody gets what they deserve, life is truly random and abstract. Someone who hurt you Could die tomorrow, or you could. You could say the abuser deserved it but that's not why they got it.

Again that's just my personal perspective, and I expect you probably think it's wrong or dumb, and that's good. The point is that you can work through the trauma and find your own personal perspective on it that makes it easier to live with. I wish you the best in life, hugs 🤗

I think many of them derive enjoyment from hurting others. And they find it even better when it's someone vulnerable or someone different. For them it is easier to hurt someone than be nice to them and give them some thought, empathy and compassion (not that they could be capable of the last two anyway). I think there also could be some envy at play, and them wanting to be the best, not standing it when they see someone else better than them. Lots of insecurities. It's a strange combination.

I'm sorry to hear the things that you went through. Humans are disgusting and vile. Sending big hugs.

It's the nature of mankind.

[Infos might be wrong]

We are somewhat of a strange species if you ask me. We are social like wolves, they hunt together, they are together, they share their food and care for each other.
However we are competitive like lions, they have their pride, they have their own territory. Yes, they have their pride, but it's not exactly social, it's more like a family.

Now we, as apes. We are social, we wouldn't get so far if we weren't.
We decimate the other tribes like the Denisovans and the Neantherdals mainly because we were social, we fought together and communicated better. Because supposedly can understand each other.

Yet we kill each other, we strive to eliminate the competition even amongst ourselves. We kill for food, for territory, for mates, for fun.

We have capitalism where we enslave our own kind for benefits, but even without this system, the competition would still happen. It was there when our communist ancestors walked on this rock. It has always been there.

Our sociability is not protecting the weaker ones amongst the tribe, it's using them as a resource. The weaker provide fun, stability because you're well seen if you are the strongest on a pack of weaklings, stability of mind because some can feel better when they see someone worst than them.

That's might be why people are cruel to each other. If they bash someone enough, they will be weaker, a potential resource.

However, that's a very primitive thinking. We are to evolve. I think we will have more stability with good people among us, we will have more strength if our friends are also strong. Sky is the limit, why keep such a preserve such a dated way of thinking?

I'm sorry people betrayed you. One of the worst feeling we can have is give something that is very valuable as trust nowadays just so people mistreat us later.

You are better than these people. You understand the valuable of being a careful person. Of helping those who are beside you so you and them can reach further achievements in life.

But they are not those kind of person. They failed you because they are might be already failed beings, until they learn the importance of being caring, of leaving our competitiveness behind.

Maybe we are species that were born out of their time, or planet ...because the future right now, actually holds a daunting promise.

Sorry I actually don't even know what I'm talking about. Just wanted to let some words out.

I just want to say that you are very special, you are a good person.

You know, I've really come to believe that there is no divine justice. Not in this world at least. If karma were real, then half the people we know should hate their lives just the way they made us hate ours. So I guess the only beneficial thing to do here would be to slowly (as painful as it may be) let go of what they did to you. Cause what they did is about them and has hurt you, but expecting them to suffer is about you and is also hurting you. So in my opinion, accepting what has been, and then letting go of it (again, i can't imagine how painful that must be) seems like the best way out of that cycle. Not everyone has the power to let go, but I really hope you will. All the best to you

Many people can be very cruel for no particular reason. Humans just create suffering. Some people are very selfish and many people would do anything just to make themselves feel better. I believe that it is better to stay away from people altogether. Of course life is very unfair and I understand that it is hard to carry on when you are suffering so much. It is terrible how so many horrible things happen and we can never forget.

I thought about this many times before. There is no logical reason. People are disgusting. Karma doesn't exist. Nothing happens to bad people. This is why ctb is the ultimate solution
