NSFW whoever plans to CTB via hanging , how long should you be fasting beforehand ?

really sorry for this post but it's a topic that has been occupying my mind quite a lot lately.

ngl I have a fear of leaving a gross body behind soaked in my own feces because of uncontrollable urination and defecation. When my dog was about to die he lost all his control over his own bowels , and we had to wipe him clean and put him on a towel and switch it every time it got dirty. And then he just died of a heart attack 2 days later.

I know it doesn't matter how my rotten body I'll leave behind will look like but I'm contemplating on fasting for 48 hours before I attempt to CTB, and probably cover my head with a hoodie, to make the scene less traumatic for my family.

I think this is a totally legitimate fear, and it's the main thing holding me back. Trying hard to find a method that will leave me looking as peaceful as possible for the sake of my family. It doesn't leave too many options :(

I am not sure the video is accurate, it is assuming asphyxiation. If the rope is set to cut blood to your brain, you pass out quickly. Look at hanging videos, that is what happens. There are a number of vetted studies that observed hangings, and in most cases, people were unconscious in 5 to 15 seconds. Their bodies convulsed but they were not conscious.

no matter what method you use, after death there is always a chance you will shit yourself. Instead of fasting just make a intestinal enema before ctb.

fasting should do the trick. But if its so much of an issue, adult diapers is the way to go. The forensic pathologist will just take it off and wipe. They are used to those things already. If you use a diaper it will be super easy for them and there won't that much of a mess at all. When i drink my sn i will use diaper just in case to make it easier for them

That's not my way to go , carbon monoxide, exit bag or SN is way better. Well i have not tried any of those method but from what I heard.

Hanging has been the method I thought I'd use since my teenage years, honestly I hadn't given this side of it much thought until now.
If hanging is the method I choose to use when I ctb, I think I will fast for a day or two before hand, maybe a liquid only diet and a pad to soak up pee? (As I can't deal with being thirsty) or, as others have suggested, an adult diaper could work.

hanging is cool. that's my method. ..., i won't care about fasting and all.., i will be probably drunk in a city in a place i have never been to..., like very very very far away. so even if i piss myself, it won't matter coz they won't even be able to identify me. i will go to a foreign country...., like fly over 3 countries to get there, then book hotel room and they wont be able to identify me. .., they wont have my fingerprints in that country!

Is getting drunk good or bad? Maybe it reduces fear, but it also makes one forgetful and error prone. It's no good waking up with a bad hangover. If I could travel to a remote place, I might try something not possible back home, like N in South America.

anyway, my life is over. it's over. so i may not be helpful. .., whatever you decide i hope will do just fine. ..., me i'm done. ..., just drinking till my date, october 1. that's it.

You can use luxative pills. Like bisacodyl. I tried 10 mg. The result was more than I expected.
30 mg is also used some 12 hrs be fore colonoscopy To totally cleanse the bowl. You can try that. Take it after your last meal. And at lest 8 hrs before you ctb.
Castor oil is also agood option.
