Who wishes there were suicide consultants and planners? So many of us are ready to shuffle off, but the logistics are hard! Supplies to shop for. Knots to learn. Regulators to hook up.
These things can be hard

I dream about outsourcing all this, hiring and experienced person. They would get everything ready...find the place, make sure everything is purchased and construed . Just a little boutique death experience!

Anyone else have these fantasies?

Agreed. I don't want to bother anyone by making a huge mess when I go, but when I look at everything I'd have to figure out how to procure for the neater options, I get overwhelmed and go back to looking at guns instead.

OMFG this would be my dream. It would basically be like having a doctor to walk you up to getting euthanised, except different. It seems like just one step down from countries that do euthanasia. But calling it a suicide consultant is funny. I wish. The logistics certainly are hard. I'm so frustrated how hard it is to shuffle off. I've been trying for over 20 years. I'm basically all but giving up, sigh. Thankfully I've realised life isn't too bad right now, I just fear the more extreme situations to come like getting cancer, kidney stones, shingles, or having to work some how. I'm just taking advantage of easier times while I can but if I had a suicide consultant I'd take it up right now to prepare for the future

This would for sure make things so much easier. I don't consider myself a great liar and I feel like I would look suspicious if I tried to go to a welding shop or place that sells gas and tried to buy it. Also I have learning disabilities so learning to tie knots easily can be a challenge for me and even if I learned I would probably forget how to do it unless I practiced it a lot.
