That's the Highway 55 burger. It's like an old timey diner/burger joint here in the south. My gf used to work there. You can walk in and ask to do "the challenge" and if you eat the whole thing within a set amount of time, you get it for free. I'm a big dude so my girl asked why I didn't try it one time. I told her "free" was still too expensive for a bad stomach and explosive diarrhea.
