Because I fucking love it! Lol I always catch shit for it but I can eat it by the spoonful.

What's your favorite cheese?

Dubliner by Kerrygold is also DELICIOUS. Idk I find "happiness" in "fancy" things like that... mainly because I can afford it and feel like royalty lol.

I don't like it at all. But every so often, usually in a salad, I get some accidentally so to speak, and it's yummy.

I suppose if you don't tell me it's there, I'll love it. (But bleu cheese is not something I'd ever eat a big piece of, or on its own).

Hahaha had to lure you in! Swiss is also another favorite of mine or REAL Parmigiano Reggiano, Brie and Feta :) I know this thread is random as hell, but who doesn't love cheese!

And by the way cultured cheeses for those lactose intolerant you can eat without problem. During the fermentation the bacteria's feed on the lactic acid.

I just recently had Havarti actually and I do like it, like a softer version of Provolone
I also am a butter connoisseur lol I can't stand people that use Country Crock types of "butter" it's like 80% oil... but butter that has 82%-86% butterfat... so good :)

I know this sounds lame but I find the little things like that can make me feel better overall, just tasting each note and appreciating the work that went into it.

Some nasty shit my grandpa made when I was younger lol. It's literally peanut butter, beans, meat etc. No cheese. Mmmmmm. He's also a weird dude though... pretty sure a pedo tbh.

The chili might take the cake here, idk lol. For a big part of my life he was avoided and my mom won't really say anything because I've mentioned it several times, even as a little kid. My mom doesn't think these things are closer to you than you think. Plus when I got older, he'd visit.. use my computer, I had to leave while he used it lol and I would come back to find the history and everything else deleted. Forgot what he'd say in response because my mom was the one to say yeah that's odd to him.

It's all good :) I'm so numb these days I could probably keep playing Call of Duty while the house burns down and be pissed I couldn't finish my damn game! Thank you, I agree about the useless space being taken up but I like to think being used to things like that as a kid from others as well, I feel I can spot any body language and tell you if they have Ill intentions or not. Sometimes even just get like a sixth sense, like a property manager I had... eventually said I bet youuuuu to my fiancé, and sure enough.. he was on the map as a predator. Those doctor games as a kid come in handy! Lol. I laugh at myself sorry :P idk why really, just do and am open about anything, maybe life is just one big joke.

I guess we all carry various baggage from childhood/ early adulthood.
It's good that you now able to see right through people who have ill intentions.
Things and people are twisted sometimes, I find it kinda funny as well.

I don't really hate bleu cheese itself, but I wouldn't say that I'm fond of cheese in general. Not really a big cheese lover myself, it's just alright most of the time.
