I'm so unhappy.

I just want to sleep, all the time. Wish I could, but tinnitus and intrusive thoughts are a constant battle.

The only time I feel even slightly at ease, is night time, when it's just darkness.

The thought of being like this, for the rest of my natural life, disturbs me.

Pure torture.

Of course I do, and no amount of temporary sleep could ever offer any relief for me, only permanent, dreamless sleep would. I see so much beauty in the thought of being able to fall asleep forever, completely unaware of everything with this existence not even being a distant memory. Death erases everything for us and in death everything is forgotten about which is why I've always wished to be gone. Simply just being conscious and aware makes the thought of permanently not existing sound so incredibly appealing.

i consider myself lucky since i dont normally have nightmares and my dreams serve as a great way to escape reality. especially because my dreams are highly based on my life (well, my desirable life).
so yeah. sleeping forever would be a blessing.

i rarely get to have a peaceful sleep, I have frequent nightmares, but I can see your points, and I also wish i could just sleep peacefully forever, it's the best way to go isn't it ? no pain, no violence, just nothing

sucks we have to wait 80 years or something for that to happen eh

Sleep is my only comfort in this nightmarish existence. I spend most of my time sleeping, staring into space, or just lying down. I sleep far too much. If I didn't have the relief that sleep brings and suffered from insomnia, then I would have ctb a very long time ago.

I certainly relate to all of that. I hate waking up. I hate the sound of alarms, the light coming from the outside and the horrible body ache I experience everytime I wake up. And most importantly, I hate knowing I'll have to do something. It would be ideal if we can just be ignorant to all pain and suffering, all the damped and filthy of this world.

Usually I go between insomnia and hypersomnia.

The last week I've spent most of it sleeping all day being up for only a few hours at a time. I think it's easier to be within a hypersomnia type sleep
