Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Is it hard to die with fentanyl

Is it because one necessarily need a needle and swallowing it won't do the trick ?

Or is it painful ?

Its actually harder to get pure fentanyl now than it is to get N ever since the china ban. Also alot of vendors on the darknetmarkets are selling bunk product now and dream market is banning fentanyl. This wont stop vendors from still selling it named as something else but makes it easier for scammers and vendors alike to sell you something thats not fent and have an excuse if you complain about it. The golden age of fent is over. If you really want it now you might have to score it off the streets, and who knows what the purity of street fent is like (theres also the issue of finding a fentanyl dealer).

There's nothing magical about fentanyl. It's just an extremely strong opiate. A large of enough dose of any opiate plus benzos will ensure a peaceful death.

Dignified Dying, a book written by a Dutch euthanasia doctor, recommends the best drug options as barbiturates, opiates, chloroquine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

One of the Dutch euthanasia groups recommends 1200 mg oxycodone:

El topo is right. You could just mix a heroin overdose with alcohol. Just as deadly and much easier to get.

Dealers on the onion patch - and there still are some - may not specify what variant of Fentanyl (e.g Citrate or HCl) they're selling, though obviously you need to know to determine a fatal dose, taking account of bioavailability by ingestion or injection.

With ingestion, would you have to take an antiemetic beforehand?

I'd prefer ingestion to finding a vein

After considering fentanyl for a while I made a decision towards N. Seems just to be a lot easier and safer tbh.
