Help Who dicovered sodium nitrite as a suicide agent?

Im trying to find the first posts on the net on using sn as a suicide agent. Its kinda hard to find. Anyone willing to help?

There was a discussion about how to kill wild boars (pest) in a peaceful way. Pigs resemble us metabolically. Some suicide-assistance groups draw the conclusion that this might be a humane way for humans as well. Don't know who was first. I think only Exit International is dealing with this "scientifically", in the sense of owning records of people poisoning themselves with SN and analyzing it.
