I go with: fascist

There are some good points why Putin is no real fascist. Because the Russian society is not exposed to one coherent ideological narrative. If you watch Russian propaganda you will notice the Media is very conspiracy minded and Tries to destruct any Kind Opposition with flooding the zone with shit how Steve Bannon called it. Spreading ließ and disinformation and in the end you don't know who to trust. There are parts of indoctrination though especially in schools. I think Timothy Snider made a good case for that.
