Which knot?

Hey, I need to ctb soon, I want to do full hanging from the stairs. I don't know which knot would work best from this stairs, I tried the constrictor knot and double hitch and I coudn't really figure out how to do them correctly in this Kind of surface and not a pole. Which knot IS best for a stair like this? And should I do it from the top or bottom?

top or bottom stair? is that what you are asking in terms of top or bottom? i don't know anything about knots, but i would use a basic slip knot. top and stand on a stool i would think.

Slip knot for the noose and snuggle hitch knot for your anchor point are the recommended ones. There are how to youtube videos.

I meant If I should do the knot on the upper surface of the stair or from under the stair If you know what I mean.
And yes I tried the snuggle hitch knot with a YouTube Video but I was unsure If I did it right and in the right Position. Wish I would have made a photo.

Hello there! If you asking about knots for the stairs I think it should be reef knot.( if it made right so it can't be undone by its own.) And if you're asking about knot for the neck so I don't really know but the slip knot could be tied automatically.
