Yeah I feel pretty shit about it too. Many here cant afford treatment because if their financial situation. I have the access to psychotherapy and meds, but it still doesn't help.

I've only been in Germany every couple of summers throughout my life, but I think it's still better than America. At least you all actually have accessible medical care and a decent school system that functions.
