Where you will ctb

I have been contemplating whether to get a hotel or air bnb to ctb. Absolutely do not want to do it at home as I do not want my family members to find me. Same for air bnb, wouldn't want to leave them with a nightmare of finding a body in their home. The best bet would be at a hotel.

Where do you guys plan to ctb?

Good question. Im trying to decide between my place and a secluded location.

I live alone in my apartment and no one comes to visit or anything, however I do live very close to a hospital and I'm taking N. So in the off chance that the landlord comes into my apartment or there's a fire in the building within the 12 hour period, I could fail. The secluded location is the safer bet, it's just less comfortable.

I have a weird hang up about it though. It's student accommodation. I don't want to die in a bed someone else is gonna need to sleep in. Doesn't feel,,, right. But haven't got any other options so whatever I guess

At home, lying on my porch swing, looking out at the night.

I bought the house to share with my ex, I built the porch swing to share with my ex, the nights spent cuddled with her are some of my favorite memories. With that life gone, it seems a good place to ctb.

Thinking Beachy Head ( jumping) or somewhere peaceful and tranquil like a forest by a stream ( Charcoal method, night night or hanging ).
All depends though on what my buddy wants.

I live alone in a studio flat/apartment so at home. I have agoraphobia and anxiety so I'd rather not put even more stress on myself during my last moments by being outside.

I had the same kind of thinking as you, a hotel is less personal than an airbnb so I'd prefer to do it there. There is hopefully less chance of being disturbed, I have heard of airbnb hosts knocking to check on guests etc so they might see something through a window. With a hotel nobody but house keeping should be in there, and if I put out a do not disturb then I am hoping I get at least a few days uninterrupted.

I have thought about getting N then going out on a hike into the jungle and just never coming back, that would also make it look accidental too which might soothe my family, but it won't be easy or comfortable and I could still be found/disturbed too early.

Instead I am running a bath and taking N in there, then washing it down with champagne. The bath is my one safe place, the one place I have always had to lock myself away in and escape my troubles in life, so it's the most comforting and pleasurable place I can think of to CTB.

That sounds really nice. I'd probably go with a really good rum, but otherwise, if I had N, I might do something like that.

Most likely in my bedroom. I'm going to do full suspension hanging and do it at a time when I'm home alone for at least an hour. That is if the survival instinct isn't a bitch.

I want to do it in a hotel room. I'm thinking about the Grand Suite at the local Grand Hyatt.

There's a slight chance I may try hanging again without further ado, I this case I'll do it at home.

In a hotel. I still live with my mom and I don't want to die in that house. I think it wouldn't be appropriate. And I also don't want to die in the room I used to live in the last couple of years. I kinda need some distance to that place and a neutral hotel room seems to be the perfect way of doing it. It also has the advantage of my parents not finding me dead. I try to minimize the burden as much as possible.

Depends on the method.

If I'm hanging, definitely a hotel. Specifically in the bathroom. I'd stick a note on the bathroom door explaining who I am, what I did, and to notify the authorities.

If I'm going SN, I'll drive out to a secluded area and do it there.

It depends if and when I am lucky enough to find a secluded area for hanging.. Even if I have to travel to find it, I am fine with that..<3
