Debating between my apartment bathroom or my car.

My apartment has a bathroom in the corner and it's surrounded by the outside of the building. If I opened the doors to my apartment to let air through and locked myself in the bathroom monoxide shouldnt have an affect on the other tenet. It's like a duplex.

Or if I do it in the car, I will be on top of a nearby mountain.

On top of a building with the maintenence door bolted shut, or under a bridge late at night. Some place where help will not arrive immediately but where someone will eventually call in to have my body disposed of. Both locations would be outside, on concrete, and will have good drainage, which will make clean up just a matter of hosing down the area. The body will not be able to rot too much before it is incinerated.

Depends. I've thought about different options, but I don't quite have a 'favorite' yet. Jumping off a bridge has sounded more and more appealing lately. Otherwise, I'd likely just be found in my room or my bathroom.
