Doing that would be agonizingly painful, and you would probably take a while to die too.
But if you have ever got a chest xray done, you can use it to find the approximate location. And you should try to pull the knife out if you wanna pass out faster from blood loss.

Ctb with such a method is definitely going to be very agonizing and will take ages to ultimately kill you. It is very unreliable for that reason and this is why you should research more deeply about alternative methods.Similar threads
